Clear & Fair Billing Guidelines for Indian Parents
Because cloud compute allocations, evaluation pipeline resources, and full quota credits (20, 120, or 240) are instantly provisioned upon payment confirmation, all subscription purchases are strictly non-refundable once activated.
1. Quota Provisioning & Instant Activation
Upon payment of ₹499 (Monthly Pack), ₹2,799 (6 Months Pack), or ₹5,299 (Yearly Pack), your account is immediately credited with the respective quota of paper evaluations and question paper generations for the active validity period.
2. Multi-Pack Coexistence & FIFO (First-In, First-Out) Deduction Rule
Each subscription pack (including the initial free trial) maintains its own independent start date, end date, and expiration timeline. Purchasing a new pack does not extend or alter the validity period of an existing pack. When generating exam papers or submitting sheets for diagnostic evaluation, credits are automatically consumed first from the active pack with the earliest expiration date (FIFO Rule). Any unused credits remaining in an older pack expire strictly when that pack's validity period ends.
3. Cancellation Policy & Grace Access Benefit
If you cancel an auto-renewing subscription, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. All remaining unused evaluation and question paper generation credits will remain 100% active and usable until the final day of your paid period.
4. Failed Transactions & Double Debits
If payment is debited from your bank or UPI account but the subscription credits fail to activate due to an unexpected network timeout, the payment gateway (Razorpay) will automatically reverse and refund the debited amount to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
