Terms of Service Governing the Parikshawala Web Portal & Mobile Companion App
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Parikshawala website (parikshawala.com), registering an account, or installing the Parikshawala mobile companion application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Educational Service
Parikshawala provides an AI-augmented educational assessment platform designed for parents and legal guardians to evaluate handwritten answer sheets, generate tailored question papers, and receive diagnostic curriculum feedback for students in Classes 6 through 10 following CBSE and ICSE syllabus frameworks.
3. Account Responsibilities & Bijective Pairing
- Users must provide accurate, verifiable parent contact details (mobile phone and email).
- Each registered child profile is provisioned a unique 6-character Bijective Student ID (e.g.
39B0WE) generated via Knuth Multiplicative Hashing to safeguard student identities and enable pairing with the mobile companion app without sharing raw database IDs. - Parents are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and OTP codes.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing Tiers
Parikshawala offers three official subscription packs for parents:

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Credits are immediately activated upon successful transaction capture.
5. Multi-Pack Coexistence & FIFO Deduction Rule
Each subscription pack (including the initial free trial) maintains its own independent validity window. Purchasing an additional pack does not alter the expiration date of an earlier pack. Credits are automatically deducted on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis from the active pack with the earliest expiration date.
6. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All assessment rubrics, proprietary diagnostic algorithms, question banks, visual interfaces, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Parikshawala®. Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or resell the content or services provided.
7. Educational Disclaimer
Parikshawala is an independent supplemental educational evaluation tool designed to assist self-study and parental guidance. Parikshawala is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official agent of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE).
